HES Properties I, LLC is a family-owned real estate business focused on mixed use development on Buffalo’s West Side.
Founded in 2011, HES and its affiliates have completed several projects in Buffalo including the complete renovation of the single family residence at 112 Johnson Park and the complete interior renovation and exterior restoration of the mixed use building at 368 Grant Street. HES has recently completed a new mixed use building at 363 Grant Street. HES’s grant-winning design provides desperately needed apartment and commercial space to Grant Street.
