Construction is complete on a new 12,600 sq. ft. mixed-use building at 363 Grant Street, Buffalo NY. HES’s grant-winning design provides 11 residential apartments and ground level commercial space.
2,500 sq ft. of Class A ground-level commercial space is available for lease. Commercial space are“vanilla box” with tenant responsible for buildout.
